This one takes the #1 spot because it strikes you at the core. When a child wishes to become like you and shows much adoration for the job you do, then you have delivered customer service so remarkable it becomes an influence. Each time UPS driver Ernest Lagasca, more lovingly called as “Mr. Ernie”, delivers Carson’s special milk, you can just see the amazing attachment these two have. Because of this, Carson was featured in UPS “Your Wishes Delivered”, and you will just be blown away by Mr. Ernie’s good customer service that has resulted to this kind of bond with his young customer.
